OVU Men's Golfer Tapped as Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar - Ohio Valley University’s Sean Burke has earned top honors as an All-America Scholar golf stand out.

Burke, a senior from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada is majoring in business at OVU. He earned a spot on the first team All-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) in 2010, second team All-WVIAC in 2009, and honorable mention All-WVIAC his freshman year in 2008. (Read more)

OVU Golf Slips to 19th at Nationals -For the Ohio Valley University men's golf program, it's time to turn the page and start fresh at the Division II National Championships.

Fighting Scots Men’s Golf Team Qualifies for National Championship - The Ohio Valley University Fighting Scots men’s golf team would rather have finished first in the NCAA D-2 East/Atlantic Super Regional Tournament. OVU Men's Golf Team Claims WVIAC Title - The hardest working coach in the West Virginia Conference finally has a conference championship.

The Fighting Scots men's golf team, powered by a stunning comeback over the final round back nine, edged out the Concord University Mountain Lions by three strokes to take home the championship trophy at the 2009 WVIAC championship tournament played October 19 -21 at the Stonewall Jackson Resort near Roanoke, WV. The victory ended several seasons of frustration for the Scots golf program which has been ranked consistently as the top program in the region since the team’s initial win at the conference tournament in 2003. (Read more)
