Why Brent chose OVU:  "I wanted to find a place with a good Information Technology program as well as find a baseball program that will allow myself to compete." 

High School/Previous:  Brent was a four year letterman in baseball at Larry A. Ryle high school in Kentucky.  He was voted a three time all-star in his conference and voted best pitcher by his team his freshmen year.  He hold the single season school record for lowest ERA in a season (0.91).  He is the son of Dennis and Vicki Humphrey.
