Keys
To ensure the security of the school, Campus Operations ask that you follow the procedures outlined to assist us in keeping the school safe and secure.
To Request and Receive a Key
If you are a student, faculty or staff member, please submit your key request electronic form, then you will be contacted on how to obtain your replacement key.
Online Key Request
Once the online request form has been received, Campus Operations will contact you. If a student is requesting a key, additional information/approval will be needed.
You should receive the key within three to five business days after the completed form arrives to Campus Operations
To Return a Key
Please return your key directly to Dave Stewart in Campus Operations.
Switching Keys
Never switch keys. If a keyholder will be returning her/his key and someone else in the department needs a key, please follow the protocol for both returning keys and requesting new keys to ensure we can track the assigned key. Never hand over your a key to someone without following the above procedures!
Until your key has been properly returned to Campus Operations, as the assigned key holder you are considered responsible for that key.
