Due to the limited housing available certain criterion priorities and considerations are taken into account. Preference selection is based on many factors, such as if the student is married or soon to be married, students with a child or expecting a child, the age of a student, acedemic classification and standings, etc...
To apply for the wait list students must:
- Be willing to enter into a lease agreement and adhere to all the policies and financial obligations.
- Be in good standings in the Student Hall (if applicable).
- Have earned at least 60 credit hours upon completion of current semester.
- Be at least 21 years of age. (or within 6 months of being 21)
- Be in good academic standings (see academic catalog).
- Obtain approval from Athletic Director (Athletes only).
- Obtain approval from Dean of Students.
- Obtain approval from Campus Operations Director.
