Ohio Valley University admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights and privileges, programs and activities generally accorded to students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational or admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, or other school-administered programs.
As required by Title IX of the educational amendments of 1972, the University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs or activities or employment, except for, and necessitated by, the specific religious tenets held by the institution and it controlling body.
