Destruction of Property & Vandalism

Members of the OVU community should not vandalize, destroy, or deface University property or the property of another OVU community member.

Violations of the Destruction of Property & Vandalism policy may result in the following disciplinary responses:

1st Offense = Minimum of 3-day Suspension + Individualized Action Plan

2nd Offense = Minimum of 5-day Suspension + Individualized Action Plan

3rd Offense = Suspension for remainder of semester + Re-application to enroll in subsequent semesters
