NEED TO ADD YOUR EVENT TO THE CAMPUS CALENDAR?

No problem! Simply complete the Calendar Date Request Form below. This request form must be submitted to the office of the senior vice president for operations to be included on the official OVU campus calendar. Any change to the information submitted on this form must be reported immediately to the senior vice president for operations.
Note: You must still complete a Facilities Use Form for your event. Completion of this Calendar Date Request Form does not reserve a facility, nor does it guarantee a date on the official OVU campus calendar. Facilities Use forms must be completed two weeks prior to your event and can be obtained at the information desk.
