Alan Carroll:  Alan Carroll serves as the head coach for the Fighting Scots women's basketball program.  He has made great progress with the program by beating conference powers Fairmont State University and Wheeling Jesuit University.  He served two years as the assistant men's coach at OVU.  Carroll came to Ohio Valley afer serving at Wood County Christian School as the assistant coach for the boys varsity team, where they won the WVCEA state championship in 2004 and were state runner-up in 2005.
