The following is a list of items that are prohibited in the residence halls.

Explosives (including fireworks)
Firearms, archery equipment & other weapons
Pets (fish are allowed)
Toaster & toaster oven
Grill, hot plate & crock-pot
Free weights
Recliner, couch, love-seat & other large furniture (due to limited space)
Answering machine (the University provides each student with a voicemail account)
Phone (the University provides)
Shower curtain (the University provides)
Large stereo speakers & sub-woofers
Air-conditioning units (the University provides climate control in each room)
