To ensure your cooperation with University Regulations, Student Life personnel reserve the right to enter and inspect residence hall rooms without prior notice. Unauthorized inspections will occur only when warranted. Additionally, Student Life personnel reserve the right to confiscate personal property that violates University Regulations. Finally, the University will cooperate with local law enforcement officers who wish to enter or search the residence halls for the purposes of locating illegal drugs or questioning students about illegal activities.
