ON MY JOURNEY HOME

Here I am to Worship

Words and Music: Tim Hughes

Arranged: Andrew Cook

Light of the World

You stepped down into darkness

Open my eyes

Let me see

Beauty that made

This heart adore You

Hope of a life

Spent with You

Chorus:

Here I am to worship

Here I am to bow down

Here I am to say that You’re my God

You're altogether lovely

Altogether worthy

Altogether wonderful to me

King of all days

Oh, so highly exalted

Glorious in Heaven above

Humbly You came

To the earth You created

All for love's sake became poor

Chorus

I'll never know how much it cost

To see my sin upon that cross

Chorus

Days of Elijah

Words and Music by: Robin Mark

Arranged by: Express

These are the days of Elijah
Declaring the Word of the Lord
And these are the days of Your
Servant Moses
Righteousness being restored
And though these are days of
Great trials
Of famine and darkness and sword
Still we are the voice in the desert crying
Prepare ye the way of the Lord

Behold He comes riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun at the trumpet call
Lift your voice it's the Year of Jubilee
Out of Zion's hill salvation comes

These are the days of Ezekiel
The dry bones becoming as flesh
And these are the days of
Your servant David
Rebuilding a temple of praise
And these are the days of the harvest
The fields are as white in Your world
And we are the laborers in Your vineyard
Declaring the Word of the the Lord

City On A Hill

Words and Music by Scott F. Perreault

Chorus

You know a city on a hill can’t be hidden.

The Lord has called you to stand up and shine your light.

You are the light of the world so stand up and shine your light.

No one lights a lamp and hides it under a bowl.

Instead they put it up on a stand.

In the same way let your light shine before all men

And you’ll be pleasing Your God in heaven.

(Chorus)

When somebody asks you to walk a mile,

Not just one, you go with them two.

Give to him who asks you, don’t turn away

And you’ll be pleasing Your God in heaven.

(Chorus)

Meet With Me

Words and Lyrics by: Lamont Heibert

Arranged: Andrew Cook

Lord, Come and fill this place

I’m here to meet with You

Come and meet with me

I’m here to find You

Reveal Yourself to me

As I wait

You make me strong

As I long

You draw me to Your arms

As I stand

And sing Your praise

You come, You come

And You fill this place

Won’t You come

Won’t You come and fill this place.

Come here and join us, Lord

Fill us with Your love

We want to serve You, Lord

With power from above

(Chorus)

Jesus is Coming Soon

Words and Music by Scott F. Perreault

Chorus

Jesus is coming soon, riding the clouds, calling my name.

Jesus is coming soon.

I want to be ready.

(Repeat)

Hallelujah!

(Chorus)

Hallelujah

Bridge

Don’t be caught dead without Jesus

It’s the power of His love that can save your life!

(Chorus)

Jesus Came For Me

Words and Music by: Scott F. Perreault

She sat her mom down at the table with her daddy standing near.

Quivering voice, head held low and fighting back the tears.

“Mom and Dad I have something to tell you but I just can’t find the words

I’m gonna have a baby, Daddy, I’m so sorry for the hurt”.

All alone in a cold apartment, he’s searching for his high.

Needle in hand, scars in his arms, seeking refuge from the lie.

The answering machine has a familiar voice saying, “Son won’t you please come home”.

He begins to cry and starts wondering why he doesn’t get up and answer the phone.

Chorus

O Jesus came for the hurting.

Jesus came for the dying.

Jesus came for the wandering.

And Jesus came for me.

He’d dropped out of school to make his own rules, weary from the fight.

He packed up his bags and left sometime in the middle of the night.

Hungry and alone, lonely and cold, longing for a better life.

With nowhere to turn down a one-way road, how can he ever make this right?

(Chorus)

As she held his hand, she searched the eyes of the man she’d loved for years.

His body is old; his hands are cold as the end is drawing near.

They both know that it’s the time of the journey

He awaits the other side.

She’ll give him back to God but it’s still so hard as she tries to say goodbye.

(Chorus)

Livin’ On the Edge

Words and Music by: Mitch Fewell

Chorus

Livin’ on the edge of my dreams

Livin’ on the edge of what may be

The most exciting time in life

Cause I met You

Though it seems impossible to me

That I’m living out my dreams

I’m walking side by side with You for all my life.

Verse

I know that You have a plan for me

I’ll give my life so You can make me who I need to be

All my fears, my worldly cares, all disappear

While You are living there

(Repeat Chorus and Verse)

Livin’ On the Edge

O Lord I’m livin’ on the edge livin’ on the edge

I’m livin’ on the edge

O Lord I’m livin’ on the edge

(Chorus)

On My Journey Home

Words and Music by: Scott F. Perreault

Reaching on my journey home.

Chorus

I’m reaching up-got the Spirit in me.

And I’m reaching out-loving everybody.

And He’s reaching in-making me holy

On my journey home.

(Repeat)

There is a place I’d rather be than living in this world

A place where the streets are gold and lakes are crystal.

There is a city a mile high that nobody’s hands have touched.

A place where the company’s good and the view is awesome.

I’m gonna spread my wings and fly.

(Chorus)

There is a Lion, a Lamb, and King; He’s sitting on His throne.

His hair is white as snow and his eyes like fire.

He says, “Don’t be afraid, I am who is, who was and who is to come”.

Just keep plugging along your journey and I’ll take you home.

Yes, I’m gonna spread my wings and fly!

(Chorus)

Remember Me

Words and Music by: Scott F. Perreault

Will You remember me when You come again,

When You come to claim all Your closest friends?

Will I be on Your mind?

Will You keep all Your promises that You have made to me?

Will I have blown all my chances to rise up free?

Will You call on me?

Chorus

Cause I, I want to see my home.

I want to walk upon that road

That’s made of solid gold.

And I, I want to see Your throne,

And worship with the hosts,

And claim You as my own.

But only if You remember me.

Will You remember me when You come again

Even though I’ve fallen away again?

Will Your grace be enough for me?

Will You still smile down on me

And say, “My child, You did a great job following me.

You were one I couldn’t wait to see”?

(Chorus)

Revive My Heart

Words and Music by: Scott F. Perreault

You are faithful when I am faithless

You are loving when I have none.

You greet me with joy when I look at You in scorn.

You are my light when I’m lost in darkness.

You are my shepherd when I wander off.

There is never a time, Lord, when You aren’t near.

Chorus

Revive my heart, restore my soul.

I want to take up my cross and go where you’d have me to go.

Renew my strength, receive my life.

Revive my heart.

(Repeat Verse and Chorus)
