The Ohio Valley University community believes that each individual should be treated in a manner consistent with the teachings of Jesus Christ. Consequently, members of the community should not subject fellow community members to any form of discrimination, humiliation, harassment, or intimidation, including physical, mental, verbal, or sexual humiliation, harassment, or intimidation.

Violations of the Harassment, Hazing, and Discrimination policy may result in a variety of disciplinary responses including, but not limited to, suspension or immediate dismissal.
