What information do I have to send to be considered for acceptance?
- Complete the OVU application for admission [Apply Online]
- Send us official transcripts from all the colleges and universities you previsously attended
- Send us high school transcripts and ACT/SAT scores if transferring 32 hours or less
- Send us a Personal Reference form (other than relative)

How do I apply for financial aid?
If you have already filed a FAFSA, you will need to add OVU to your list of recipients. The OVU code for the FAFSA is 003819. If you have not filed, you will need to do so online at www.FAFSA.ed.gov.

When will I know if I've been accepted for admission?
We’ll notify you of the decision within two weeks of the admissions office receiving all required information.
After I am accepted, what are the next steps in the admission procedure?
Send us your $150 room deposit to: Ohio Valley University Admissions Office, 1 Campus View Drive, Vienna, WV 26105-8000. The room deposit fee is fully refundable if requested on or before May 1st. It is 50 percent refundable before June 15th.
