8/13                    Faculty Meeting Begin, FALL Athlete practice begins, Leadership Workshop

8/14                    Faculty Meetings, Practices

8/15                    MOVE IN DAY 11-4, Practices, Community EXPO 10-4,  ORIENTATION begins at 6

8/16                    Orientation continues, Cafeteria now opend for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, REGISTRATION, PLACEMENT

TESTING 1:30-3:30

8/17                     Orientation

8/18                    Orientation, Returners MOVE-IN 10-2

8/19                    Bible Testing  9 am for all NEW Students & International Students that are in REGULAR classes- NOT ESL (CLASSES BEGIN AFTER CHAPEL.)

MOVE-IN DAY DETAILS:  AUGUST 15TH

8-9AM                                 SET UP OUTSIDE-  LOBBY IF RAINING (I will notify on Thursday by 3 if we’re holding event inside)

10AM-4PM                           REGISTRATION BEGINS- location is the BIG RED TENT by the fountain (or lobby)

10AM-4PM                           COMMUNITY EXPO

4-5PM                                   TEAR DOWN

5:30PM                                 DINNER IN CAFETERIA

6:00PM                                WELCOME & ORIENTATION BEGINS

If you are new to OVU and haven’t registered for Fall Classes or completed placement testing, there’s still time! Spots will be available on Friday, August 16th from 1:30-3:30. Give us a call at 304-865-6046 to reserve your spot.
