September 9, 2016 (VIENNA, WV) -- The inaugural season of the Ohio Valley University Performing Arts Series will kick off with international flavor on Monday, October 3, as the campus hosts a music concert by Mariachi Guadalajara at 7:00pm in Roberts Hall on the OVU main campus.
