Ohio Valley University is pleased to announce that their Men’s Soccer team will be taking part in the 2019 NCAA Division II Soccer tournament “Sweet Sixteen” this Friday, December 6th. The Fighting Scots (13-4-2) will be facing the University of Indianapolis (UIndy) for a right to move on in the tournament. Game time will be 3pm.

Forty-eight years. Nine American presidents. Six different OVU presidents. Over 90 new semesters. And thousands of students, including those whose mothers and fathers she taught years before. Professor Carolyn Sturm began teaching at Ohio Valley College in 1971 and has been an employee ever since, making her the longest continuously serving employee in OVU history.

Ohio Valley University Alum, Lindsay Cole, has been named the university’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Having formerly served OVU as its Director of Financial Aid and more recently serving as Director of Student Services, Cole has agreed to assume this new role, adding her resume to President Ross’s progressive vision.
