The Campus Mailroom is located on the ground floor in Stott’s Administration Building, just down the hall from the OVU Bookstore. Student Mailboxes are accessible whenever the main building is open.

Monday — Friday: 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
The mailroom receives mail and packages for students and staff. It is not a fully equipped mailroom and cannot ship out packages or mail without postage. When a package is received in the mailroom, it is recorded and a notification is sent via OVU email.

On-campus residents are issued a mailbox. Commuters and employees receive a box by request.
If a student moves off-campus or wishes to have their mail forwarded to their home during the smmer, they should fill out a mail-forwarding form below.
Campus Mail FAQ
I need to ship out a package. Do you do that?
No. Please visit the Bookstore and ask for assistance shipping your item. Postage must be purchased at the time of shipment. Book rental returns are free to return if the original packaging was retained. Stamps can be purchased from the Business Office on the 1st Floor. Packages should not be left at the mailroom.
How do I know if I've received a package?
The mailroom attendant will send you an email letting you know your package has arrived and when it can be picked up. A photo ID may be required to pick up packages.
Can my friend pick up my package for me?
No. OVU mailroom policy is to issue mail only to the person to whom it is addressed.
I can't make it to the mailroom during operating hours. How can I get my package?

Someone sent me a package but I haven't gotten an email saying it has been delivered to campus. What gives?
Check the tracking number associated with your package and ensure that it states it was delivered to the university. If this does not resolve the issue, bring your tracking number to the mailroom for additional assistance.
